THE FLOOR PLAN

The floorplan of unit A307 is comfortable and feels much larger than it is. Vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom and living area open the space up even further. The main area is open-concept, with large east-facing windows in the bedrooms and main living space. This provides a lot of natural light, particularly in the mornings.

  1. Both bedrooms are large enough to each hold a queen-sized bed.
  2. Both bathrooms have tub-and-shower combinations.
  3. There’s a linen/storage closet in the second bathroom.
  4. The kitchen includes a pantry and dishwasher, and also sports a tall counter/breakfast bar.
  5. There is a wood-burning fireplace centrally located in the main living space.
  6. A spacious storage closet with shelves is located right off the large, covered balcony.

I know, right! It’s also ridiculous that you’re asking if the owner is willing to sell when it’s clearly off the market.

Possibly. If you want to try to convince the owner to sell their off-the-market condo for cheaper you’re welcome to make the attempt. Please note, any attempts to convince the owner to sell for a non-ridiculously high amount will be ignored. If they want to sell it for market value, they’ll list it and let the market and nature take its course.

Probably not, but that will depend on what your concessions are. The unit will only be sold as it is today with no warranty.

Because if you want the place that bad, the current owner needs to be able to afford to move where ever they want to, and the desirable places to live (and moving itself) isn’t cheap. This means being able to afford them the freedom to quickly pick where they want to live, move, and get on with life with as little worry about being able to find a place they can afford. If you want to inconvenience them this much, then there’s a price to be paid for that.

As a response to the several real estate agents who have asked the owner if they were willing to sell when it’s clear that their condo isn’t on the market. After getting so many ridiculous requests and questions the owner felt that the best reply was an equally ridiculous answer: this website.

Since they don’t expect that to be for quite a while, they’ll also send an occasional email just to let you know that you’re still on the notification list.
